I am currently working as a Deputy Manager of Audit and Legal Compliance at Jatri Services Ltd. In this role, I am responsible for conducting audits of internal accounts, preparing management reports, and handling company legal documents.

I am currently pursuing my Chartered Accountants (CA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and Chartered Financial Officer (CFO) certification from Chartered Officers Ltd. (COL).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepared Financial Statements for Jatri PTE. Ltd. (Singapore) and recorded all related transactions.
  • Generated and organized external reports, such as Financial Statements, for various stakeholders.
  • Designed and developed policies and procedures, taking into account legal compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducted audits of internal accounts, including Financial Statements, Inventory, and Assets.
  • Prepared comprehensive management reports following audits and presented findings to the Management team.
  • Thoroughly reviewed and verified all company bills and vouchers before approval.
  • Successfully handled Petty Cash for a certain period to support the smooth operation of the company.

Job Responsibilities: On behalf of my organization, I was responsible for providing the following services to the clients. (More than 100 Clients)

Bookkeeping, Payroll Management, and Tax Filling:

  • Prepared Financial Statements and proficiently recorded all financial transactions in QuickBooks.
  • Generate Bank Reconciliation and record adjustment entries, including handling loans, bad debts, and depreciation.
  • Successfully added and maintained employee records in QuickBooks and processed payroll on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis.
  • Diligently prepared and filed the annual tax returns for the company with both Federal (IRS) and State authorities.

  • Prepared comprehensive Financial Statements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Compiled and generated various analysis reports and internal reports, including Sales, Expense, and Fund Flow reports.
